(Blog on…33) REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR EXERCISE!
My regular medical check-ups (every 6 months) reveal I am in perfect health and shape for my age (according to Western medical standards). Results show my height-weight-body mass ratio is absolutely perfect and all health indicators, such as blood pressure, hormones, cholesterol and many others, are well within acceptable levels. I’m never ill, I have the same waist size as when I was 15 and my skin is in exceptional condition. I’m trying not to boast here, but the simple truth is I am well above average levels of health and would like to share my discoveries with others, hence this will be the subject of my second book – “The Unfinished Book About Staying Young”. The revolution I will propose will upset quite a few people and break many myths, but all my claims are a result of a lifetime of research, aware examination and personal experience.
I am very active, highly productive, I love to eat and believe we are here to experience all aspects of life. Some will say I am excessively disciplined, but this is true only when it suits me. I regularly work out, but I never strain myself at exercise. As you can see from the enclosed picture I don’t have the Adonis body… (taken in my wardrobe this morning).
I believe life should be fun, it should be easy and it should be enjoyed. I believe aging is inevitable, but growing old is a choice! I believe in youth, I believe in truth and I believe we have the ability and the knowledge to live blissfully well into the 90’s, even beyond 100. The emphasis is on QUALITY, while quantity is simply a by-product. I will not be going deep into details here today, but below is an intro to some fundamental principles (beliefs) I employ:
- I don’t believe regular exercise should be painful. Instead, I made exercise a part of my life. Exercise is who I am and I love being me, so I never exercise, but am instead simply being (enjoying) who I am. For example: I never go for a run, but I regularly take walks to the supermarket or exchange lifts for stairs etc.
- Learn body control. The most fundamental aspect of our physical self is – breath. For the life of me I cannot figure it out why most of the so-called “professional fitness trainers” don’t teach this, but breathing is at the core of everything we are. Until we learn to be in control of our breath we can never control our body. In other words – as we lose control of our breath – we lose control of our body.
- Heavy exercise and diets lead to increased and unhealthy aging. In my next book I will prove this thesis theoretically, practically and back everything up with visible results.
- I am proposing one fundamental exercise, which serves as the basis to everything we are and do. This exercise requires 00.00 physical effort. Everything we sense, think, say and do is a result of our Awareness. Therefore – what I am proposing as the ultimate exercise is an exercise in AWARENESS.
For this purpose I wrote the book entitled “The Unfinished Book About Who We Are”, which is currently in editing and due for release later this year. The whole book is in essence an exercise in awareness. DO NOT expect yet another book about consciousness or spirituality. Too many have been written on these subjects. The unfinished book is based on thorough examination of fact, faith and reason, three main aspects of science, religion and philosophy respectively. The basis of the book is Aware Experience. It demands alertness and readiness to process information openly, sincerely, truthfully. Through alert awareness we achieve growth, expansion, and clarity, and ultimately – wisdom.
As we examine and grasp who we truly are, we begin to experience the world, our purpose and everything we sense, think, say and do in a newer, deeper, broader, fuller way, and revolution in exercise (amongst many other things) simply happens naturaly.
