Let’s talk about education. Our children are the future. They are the new co-creators of the world. From this, it naturally follows, that children are here to TEACH us, not the other way around.

Imagine if our educational systems were designed from this point of view? How innovative and flexible would this make our primary and secondary schools?

Yes, we need to pass our knowledge onto our children and help them to a form a solid base for learning and growth. This is our duty. But the children will learn with or without us. THEY WILL LEARN and will continue learning! The real question is – WILL WE?

IN SUMMARY: We, the adults, are the ones falling behind. We are the ones carrying the burdens of experience. We are the ones with established limits, while the only burdens our children will carry is the limitations we bestow upon them. And this means, with our every encounter, we need to listen, learn from, and grow with, our children. It’s the only way our educational systems can keep up!
