Faith comes from understanding and trusting what we believe to be real and true. Understanding leads to trust, which leads to faith. When our understanding is false, our trust and thus faith are false. For this reason our first understanding must be the commitment to open and sincere examination of truth.

Many mistake their belief in God for knowledge of the Absolute. Believing in truth does not equal knowing the truth. Real faith is based upon our level of understanding and trusting in who we truly are and the way it is. Our truth resides within, not without. It begins by open and sincere understanding and trusting of the way it is.

The Universe and God are expressed through us. They are not separate, but inherent to everything that we are. As we strengthen our understanding and trust in who we truly are we expand our faith in the Universe, God and what is.

To experience the above truth please perform the following exercise:

Draw your attention to the eternal “I”, the silent presence within you and experience yourself as an expression of the Absolute; the absolute presence; who you truly are. Understand and trust that who you truly are is real, because you can observe it, be it, thus you can believe it. If followed correctly your faith just expressed (manifested) as the truth. It emerged from within you, not without.

Faith within you creates the truth about you. Faith in God creates the truth of God. This doesn’t imply that God isn’t real. It implies that you are in God and God is in you.
