107. MY 9 SECRETS TO DIE YOUNG AS LATE AS POSSIBLE

Besides the usual don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and don’t get stressed, here are the 9 things everyone should do to stay YOUNG, HEALTHY and GORGEOUS for as long as possible.
- Aging and illness are accelerated by senescent (old/dead) cells. FASTING, especially after 50, will help remove these cells through a process called autophagy. Autophagy kick-starts generally after 12-16 hours of not eating (but drink plenty of water). Best advice ever is to do 8/16. This means, eat for 8h and fast for 16h every day, or as close to this as you can. In short, too much food is killing us 🙁 <3
- Stay OFF sugary and processed foods/drinks and processed flour (and foods that contain it or are made of it). And YES, big bodies too can be beautiful, but the sad reality is that 100% of illness is directly or indirectly connected to being overweight. In short: Shorten your fat or shorten your life. 🙁 <3
- EXERCISE regularly, but don’t go crazy. Daily fast walking for 40 min combined with some weight resistance is all your body needs. In my humble opinion, 8-9 out of 10 fitness trainers are NOT worth their money. Nobody knows YOU as well as YOU do.
- SLEEP minimum, but quality 7–9 hours and learn how to BREATHE. I’m not going to say anything else about this subject, but these two together are among the MOST IMPORTANT factors for healthy longevity. Do your own research. And get this: Research shows you cannot make up on lost sleep. Once you lost it – you lost it.
- Never stop GROWING and never stop seeing the FUNNY side to everything. I really mean this! Take interest in LIFE, the WORLD, and WHO YOU TRULY ARE and make it FUN! Drives me crazy when I see all these serious people L Should be against the law! Hahaha… And remember, it has never been proven that life is a serious matter. So, keep that childish smile on your face 🙂 <3
- Learn FORGIVENESS and ALLOWING. Forgiveness is essentially about forgiving the Self and allowing is all about “being” rather than doing. So important!!! And don’t worry, most other people don’t get this important point either hehehe…
- Make REAL FRIENDS and keep them! Yes, you need that private space, it’s all-important. But remember, happiness is all about doing things together, with true friends!
- Learn GRATITUDE. You can never be happy without it! It’s such a simple, yet powerful word… but you need to try it in practice J Gratitude turns everything into enough 🙂
- You’re on camera, so don’t be a bitch, don’t complicate, be practical, and keep smiling! 🙂 In everything you do, aim to be RESPONSIBLE and EFFICIENT. Sure, pleasure is good, but seek to replace it with MEANINGFUL STUFF. This requires “right action.” It’s so simple once you re-discover who you truly are 🙂 Arrrrgh… that sentence again hahaha… <3
