Humanity is in crisis! We are witnessing endless debates about what needs to be done and how to go about it. Numerous discussions are taking place amongst political leaders, business specialists, scholars and general public alike. New political parties are coming into government, technology is speeding ahead, but social progress seems to be almost stagnating. Why? Because to reach the necessary solutions we need to get to the heart of the problem. But what is the heart of the problem?

Einstein, who enjoyed advanced logical capabilities, came to a simple conclusion. He stated: “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” The heart of the problem we’re facing is: We need to change the way we are governed and we need to change the way we do business. But perhaps simplest, yet often most difficult task (it seems) is the urgency to increase our presence and awareness.

Established systems of government are organized and run by large business and business operates on principles of competition and profit. Such a system is unsustainable, thoroughly outdated and incapable of satisfying the needs of the people. The only way forward is through collaboration and increased equality.
